Susan Noles has dished her thoughts on why she thinks Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist have decided to go their separate ways after just three months of marriage.

Fan favorite contestant Susan has shared why she believes Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist are already getting a divorce after just three months together.
Noles, 67, disclosed the reason behind Gerry, 72, filing to end his three-month marriage to Theresa, 70, on Friday in response to a fan’s inquisitive comment on the Instagram account for the Golden Hour podcast she co-hosts with her former co-star Kathy Swarts.
One fan @layla_the_rescue_kitty asked the pair: “Why did they break up so quick?” to which Susan replied: “Neither one of them can leave their families.”
She also declared: “Exactly. I wish them well,” to another fan’s probe in the comment section.
The estranged pair announced their divorce last Friday during a sit-down chat on Good Morning America.
They explained that the decision to separate stemmed from issues regarding their living situation.
“Theresa and I have had a number of heart-to-heart conversations, and we’ve looked closely at our situation, our living situation, so forth, and we’ve kind of come to the conclusion mutually that it’s probably time for us to dissolve our marriage,” Gerry said.
As Theresa added, “We have received so much love and support from so many people who watched ‘The Golden Bachelor,’ and I don’t think we can tell you how many people told us that it gave them so much hope. We want none of that to change for anybody.”
However, the duo tried to make their marriage work by searching for a house in South Carolina and New Jersey before ultimately deciding to throw the towel in.
“We just looked at homes after home, but we never got to the point where we made that decision,” Theresa pointed out
And Gerry noted: “We look at these situations, and I think we just feel like it’s best for the happiness of each of us to, to live apart.”
