Tracker Season 2: Bobby’s Shocking Turn of Events – What Happens Next?

Eric Graise’s Bobby Exley has been a main character since Tracker season 1, but he has been missing for a good chunk of season 2, and episode 15’s update indicates many should be concerned about him. The CBS action drama TV series, created by Ben H. Winters, doesn’t shy away from throwing cruel obstacles at its characters. So, perhaps Bobby’s disappearance in Tracker season 2 shouldn’t be too surprising. Nevertheless, one call between Justin Hartley’s Colter Shaw and Chris Lee’s Randy, Bobby’s cousin and (hopefully) temporary replacement, in episode 15 suggests the hacker is in more trouble than previously thought.

The last time that Bobby was seen was in Tracker season 2, episode 9, “The Disciple.” Starting in episode 10, “Nightingale,” Randy took over for the tech wiz as Colter’s go-to hacker because Bobby was apparently dealing with “some family stuff.” At first, it seemed like Bobby’s absence would only be temporary — meaning, for only a handful of episodes. However, as the weeks continue to pass by, Bobby still hasn’t returned by episode 15, which has not only worried many audience members but has also piqued Hartley’s Tracker character’s interest.

Tracker Season 2, Episode 15 Offers A Substantial Update On Bobby
Colter Hasn’t Been Able To Reach Bobby At the beginning of Tracker season 2, episode 15, “The Grey Goose,” Colter is on the phone with Randy when he inquires about his nowhere-to-be-found cousin. Colter explains how he has been trying to contact Bobby to no avail. Unfortunately, there’s radio silence on Randy’s end as well, which can’t be a good sign of what’s to come in the remaining episodes of Tracker season 2. Whereas Colter believes that Bobby’s silence is a little bit suspicious, his cousin insists that the hacker’s disappearance is normal for him.

Randy doesn’t believe that Bobby not answering his or Colter’s calls or texts is any reason for concern, though. Whereas Colter believes that Bobby’s silence is a little bit suspicious, his cousin insists that the hacker’s disappearance is normal for him. Randy claims that Bobby “doesn’t like to talk about personal stuff.” Bobby’s friend’s funeral is coming up, which is seemingly why Randy isn’t worried about his cousin’s lack of communication. The new Tracker season 2 character promises Colter that he will make sure Bobby gets back to him, and they get back to business as usual in episode 15.

Why Bobby’s Update Is More Concerning Than Reassuring. Bobby Might Be In Danger Perhaps the update revolving around Bobby in episode 15 is meant to reassure the audience that Eric Graise isn’t leaving Tracker despite his absence in season 2. It could simply be a reasonable explanation for his unavailability. However, it only raises more concerns for the hacker. Randy tells Colter that Bobby’s lack of communication is typical for him, especially because he is dealing with the loss of a friend who was like his brother. However, Colter remains suspicious about his friend’s radio silence, despite Randy’s confidence that he is okay. If Colter isn’t buying the story, then viewers shouldn’t either.

Everything about the situation is iffy, and fans have every right to be uneasy about Bobby’s continued absence in Tracker season 2. There has to be more to his disappearance. It would be a major disappointment if Bobby truly is just missing because he is grieving. Of course, the possibility of Bobby being in danger is heartbreaking, but that would be the only reasonable explanation for his absence and failure to answer any of Colter’s texts, knowing that his friend is concerned about his well-being. Only time will tell Bobby’s fate in the CBS action drama, though.
