With Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist heading down the aisle in a few weeks, Reddit fans have come up with a new spin-off idea to rival Bachelorette and Paradise.
The Golden Bachelor fans have come up with a genius idea for an upcoming spin-off.
With the series proving to be a smash hit – with viewers desperately bidding their time before Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist get married on January 4 – the potential for what’s coming next is also heavy on fans’ minds.
Although bosses have already teased the potential for Golden Bachelorette and Golden In Paradise, one Redditor has come up with another concept that’s got fans excited.
Posting on the Golden Bachelor subreddit, u/ashercobra wrote: “After The Golden Bachelorette season ends they could have a mixer with the cast from both shows.”
“ABC could have a Golden Cruise. Can you imagine them all partying on the ship?” they continued.
“It would be fun to see them all hang out together and maybe some of them would find a partner, soulmate or a kindred spirit.
“They could rent a mega yacht for the event.”
The idea proved to be a hit among other users, with one responding: “I’d watch a show like that because I want to see all of my favorites again.
“If the men are as cool as the women were on this show then that would be fun.”
“That would be very entertaining to see everyone together,” added another. “You have some creative ideas.”
“What a great idea! I used to love watching Love Boat back in the day,” wrote a third, joking the reference to the 70s sitcom was ‘showing their age’.
While a fourth wrote: “Golden Cruise is absolutely the best idea I’ve seen!! I would love this!”
