Bachelor Nation got to know and love Charles Ling on Joan Vassos’ season of “The Golden Bachelorette,” and he quickly became a Bachelor Nation fan favorite.
This week, he stopped by the “Bachelor Happy Hour: Golden Hour” podcast, where he checked in with hosts Susan Noles and Kathy Swarts about all things dating and relationships.
The ladies asked Charles if he is dating and he jokingly said, “No, because they check my wallet!”
Kathy pushed back saying that can’t be true and asked if women are sliding into his DMs.
Charles said, “This is a secret, but yes. There are a lot of messages. I have not started talking to any of them yet.”
And Kathy was shocked that Charles hadn’t responded to any of the ladies in his DMs saying, “Well, what are you waiting for? The July 4th fireworks? I mean, let’s go!”
Charles laughed and replied, “Actually, I was chatting with Chock Chapple. I’m pretty, kind of slow in that aspect. For whatever reason. I wish I had half of the speed I had doing day trading, that would be totally different. Maybe subconsciously I’m waiting for that right lady.”
Charles asked Susan and Kathy to “coach” him on dating and Kathy told him to get on dating sites.
Susan chimed in, saying, “He doesn’t even answer the DMs, we expect him to be on the dating sites?!”
And the Golden ladies had to ask Charles if he’d be interested in going on a potential Golden “Bachelor in Paradise” spin-off.
Charles said he would think about it but that his “personal dream” is to meet a woman on a cruise.
Well… no one said there couldn’t be a Golden “Bachelor in Paradise” on a cruise?! Anything to help Charles find love!
