The long-gestating 9-1-1: Nashville got a straight-to-series order in February and is looking to join ABC’s broadcast lineup this fall, reuniting many of the creatives behind 9-1-1, including franchise co-creators Ryan Murphy and Tim Minear, as well as 9-1-1: Lone Star showrunner Rashad Raisani. The offshoot stars Chris O’Donnell as Captain Don Sharpe, a rugged fire captain and rodeo rider who runs Nashville’s busiest firehouse with his beloved son.
