CBS just renewed dramas Tracker, Elsbeth, Fire Country, and the NCIS trio – NCIS, NCIS: Origins, and NCIS: Sydney – for the 2025-2026 season. Comedies earning renewals include Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage and Ghosts, with the game show Hollywood Squares also confirmed to stick around for the upcoming broadcast season.

CBS’s announcement included great news for Ghosts fans. The half-hour comedy picked up a two-season order, meaning it will stick around at least through the 2026-2027 season.

These nine renewals join the previously announced renewals of FBI, Matlock, Survivor, and The Amazing Race for the 2025-2026 season. CBS also expects to add Sheriff Country (a Fire Country spinoff), The Road, and Blue Blood‘s spinoff Boston Blue with Donnie Wahlberg to their lineup during the 2025-2026 season.

“This season, our new and returning series continue to showcase CBS as the leader in launching and programming the biggest hits with mass appeal for broadcast and streaming viewers,” said Amy Reisenbach, president of CBS Entertainment. “These returning shows represent a mix of long-standing hits and a new generation of fan favorites. In collaboration with our extraordinarily talented partners in front of and behind the camera, we look forward to delivering another successful season.”

NCIS season 22 and the first season of NCIS: Origins currently air back-to-back on Mondays. FBI season seven, FBI: International season four, and FBI: Most Wanted season six make up CBS’s Tuesday primetime lineup. The network’s Thursday night lineup includes season one of Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage, season four of Ghosts, the first season of Matlock, and season two of Elsbeth. NCIS: Sydney season two and Fire Country season three air on Fridays, along with the final season of SWAT.
